In addition, we will continue to refrain from various programs such as shark and ray contact experience, Kaiyukan school and guided tour. 2. About WEB time designated tickets
In order to allow customers to see each other at a distance of 1 to 2 meters, we sell only WEB time designated tickets that can be purchased online only, and limit the number of visitors per hour. 3. Safety and security initiatives at Kaiyukan
To prevent new coronavirus infections, Kaiyukan and Tempozan Marketplace are taking the following actions:
By adjusting the ventilation system, the amount of outside air to be worked on is fully opened, and the emergency door is opened periodically to maximize ventilation. Also, the entire area of the building will be sterilized with alcohol in addition to the general cleaning before opening. When waiting on customers, we will wait a little longer than usual. Restaurants, cafes, food courts, etc. are open with a reduced number of seats. 現在も15分おきに入場者数を制限して入場なさっているそうです。窓口でもチケットを購入できますが、入場時間が指定されたチケットになるので、できればWEBからのチケット購入がおすすめです。
